Delivery and Returns

If you would like to return or exchange a non personlised or non customised item then please contact me within 14 days of receiving the order. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds or exchanges for items outside of the 14 day period. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

Please note that we can not refund or exchange personalised/customised unless it is damaged or faulty.

To request a return, please email info@hannahjanedesigns.co along with your order number. We politely ask that you contact us first before sending your item back.

Return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If you would like to cancel an order, please let me know within 2 hours of purchase. Any time after this and I may not be able to cancel because it will be in production.

Any refunds will be processed within 7 days and will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.
