These adorable Elephant Ceramic hearts make the perfect gift for baby twins. Each heart can be personalised the twin name on the front and any message on reverse - a great way to record the birth details as in the picture.

On heart 1 the wording "Born Together" is fixed and you can personalise with any name up to 12 characters.
On heart 2 the wording "Friends Forever" is fixed and you can personalise with any name up to 12 characters.

Both hearts can be personalised with a message on reverse up to 60 characters.

The heart measures 7 x 7.5cm approximately.

Due to the nature of the heat pressing system and ceramics, the colours may vary slightly from the image. Each item is made to order and pressed by hand so results my vary, no 2 will ever be exactly the same.
